What do you use for benchmarking?

Hi all,
 We have just installed a switching hub which is allowing us to run 
some of our network cards much faster (some more when we get some 
wiring problems sorted out too!). I am wondering, do people use any 
nice gui based programs that can tell me raw samba transfer speeds so 
I can see what I am getting now?
