Problem with my 'master browser'

Which one do you want to win?  By the look of 
your smb.conf, I'm assuming you NT box is a PDC.
Therefore it should bethe domain master (and really 
the local master for its subnet as well).

set 'local master' and 'preferred master' to no
set the os level = 0,
