	Hi,

I have not setup any Samba server in conjunction with a NT PDC, but the error message means
that there is a problem with encryption.

On a stand-alone Samba Server I would say that you have misconfigured one of the following things:
	- Samba expects plain text passwords but client uses encrypted password or vice versa
	- smbpasswd file is not setup correctly.

Maybe this information (see also ENCRYPTION.TXT in the source distribution) helps you a little further.

	Regards,

Axel Neumann
