Hmmm, I love my "look but don't touch" SWAT access. Others are confused by
it. Sounds like a job for:

SWAT noread list=       (can't read globals, shares and printers)
SWAT read list=
SWAT write list=

and maybe:
SWAT valid users=

Or maybe there's a better way...
