2.0.4, still oplock_break failures

Hi!

Even with 2.0.4, I'm still seeing a lot of oplock break failures
(clients failing, see log further down). The client hangs for approx 30
secs (sometimes more) and then gets back online. At least one user can't
use the file shares at all; it hangs whatever he does, and on any
computer he uses (NT or 98, laptop, desktop...) Other users have less
problems, but maybe they are less advanced? Can it be that "power users"
somehow do something that make them more vulnernable? Odd...

Anyway, I have two questions:

1. Any tips on how to set the "oplock break wait time"?
I tried oplocks=false, and things started working, but it's very slow
(should be, according to the docs).

2. Why on earth do I see the dosChDir to /home/girgen/ports???!!! This
is not part of the share... in fact, it's the first part of the dirname
where the samba program is built
/home/girgen/ports/samba/work/samba-2.0.4/source is the build tree. I
use a (slightly modified) FreeBSD port. Isn't is VERY weird? Actually,
and this is weird, but can this (at least partly) the problem? I see
this chdir to /home/girgen/ports a lot hust like this, around the
resends. The user is not girgen (that's me), and he cannot access
/home/girgen from samba.

Can someone please take a look, and tell me what's going on.
