Need Win32 SMB/CIFS client

This may seem like an odd question, but here it is.  Of course Win32
provides a SMB client via the redirector, where you can map a drive name.
But this does not work via sockets proxies such as the MS proxy and Socks
(since the redirector does not work via Winsock).  Is there a standalone
Win32 SMB client program?  I am imagining something like one of the
graphical ftp clients available for Windows.
