SAMBA 2.0.3 Win95-Win98 Icons for Executables *.EXE

Application .EXE files contain the icons.  Windows decides that
on networked drives it is too slow to open and read bits of all
the programs and just uses the default "Program" icons.

The icons for .DOC, &c. are stored on the local machine so it's
OK to show them.
