Problems with Samba2.0.3 and Solaris2.6

Hi!

I tried to install samba-2.0.3 on a Sun Enterprise 250 running Solaris2.6.
Compiling and installing works fine, but when I tried to get the 
browselist from the sambaserver the connection was closed and to the log 
were added following lines:

[1999/03/02 16:06:17, 4] locking/shmem_sysv.c:sysv_shm_open(544)
  Trying sysv shmem open of size 1048576
[1999/03/02 16:06:17, 0] locking/shmem_sysv.c:sysv_shm_open(597)
  ERROR: root did not create the semaphore
[1999/03/02 16:06:17, 0] locking/locking.c:locking_init(169)
  ERROR: Failed to initialise share modes!
[1999/03/02 16:07:09, 2] smbd/server.c:exit_server(406)
  Closing connections

Can anybody help?
