samba-2.0.3 does not work as PDC (as advertised :-) (PR#14299)

No that's not it. I didn't change the default (the
default is still NT server). It only announces as
NT workstation (for people with backup software
that need Samba to announce that way) if you set
"announce as = NT workstation".
