Samba 2.0.3 SCO Unix 3.2v4.2 and Shadow files

Just tested the 2.0.2 version of samba with the same results....

I'm wondering if a change was made to accomidate SCO OSR5.0.5 which
now has more information in the shadow file than the older versions
that broke the code for the older systems.  

I can't find anything in the code that would suggest that was done
but it is strange that the shadow stuff now works on 5.0.5 where it
didn't in the past and now it doesn't work on 3.2v4.2.
