Samba Connect Via WIN99 PPP

I am trying to access shares on a remote RS/6000 running
samba 1.9.18p10.
I can connect to the RS/6000 via dialup networking.
However when I click on Network Neighborhood the only item
that appears is the
'Entire Network' Icon. When I click on that I get a msg box
stating that I can't browse
the network. The network is not accessible.

Can anyone glue me in on how to get this to work?
