call_nt_transact_ioctl(1838) Error!

Can anyone identifiy why this occurs?

I get an entry in the error log

smbd/nttrans.c:call_nt_transact_ioctl(1838)

when NT4/SP4 clients execute a SAVE AS command from certain applications to
a samba 2.0.3 (RH6.0) server.

it occurs intermittantly. It appears that the connection
closes, then when the user attempts to execute the command again it works.

Any ideas?

While this problem is an inconvenience, it does not appear to cause any file
corruption or other side effects
