WIN98:No Logon (fix)

Here (thanks to "MSgt Donovan Chin" <chind at ogn.af.mil>) is what you have to do 
to get the dialog box back:

Start RegEdit
Double click on the following in order:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Software
Microsoft
Windows
CurrentVersion
Network
Real Mode Net
Over on the right hand side, you will see one line with AutoLogon
Click once on AutoLogon and press the Delete key.
NOTE: the only line you are deleting is the AutoLogon one...
Restart the machine and you should have the login dialog box back.
If it doesn't have the last userid already there, check to see if the user
has installed Powertoy and has turned off the save last userid prompt....
