2.0.5 can not work correctly

i m using red-hat 6.0 and upgrade samba to 2.0.5 today.
 dos-client works fine.
 windows 95/98 client can run window programs, but problem
 with dos programs. dos programs can only view some files or
 directories under win 95/98.  windows programs or "dir" at dos
 prompt  can see all of them.
 2.0.4b works well, but sometimes  nbmd crash :(  , so i upgrade
 to 2.0.5.
 Any one got the same problem under 2.0.5  ???
