lmb can't sync browse list with dmb, find_domain_master_name_query_fail

 Hello.

 Browsing accross subnets fails because "route2-3" can't sync its
local browse list with the domain master browser "classix", which
is also the WINS server.  Everything else is fine.  There is 1 and
only 1 WINS server (classix) and no NT server.

 The error message in nmb log of route2-3 is:
    ==================================
    find_domain_master_name_query_fail
    ==================================

 The settings of remote browse and remote announce don't seem to 
have any influence on this topic. After a couple of days hanging 
at this point I'd appreciate any help very much.

            local master browser for subnet 2
            router between subnet 1 and subnet 2,
            which happen to be on the same hub
                (this doesn't harm, does it?!)

test case, done with debug=3 and debug=99:

1) start classix.
2) wait, until classix has established as the 
   domain master browser
3) start route2
4) wait until this offending error message is there
5) save the logs.
