locking Problem 2.0.0 on SGI

Yes, it was from localhost. 127.0.0.1 was on the list together with the
netgroup that contains this host as well. I now tried adding the actual
IP, "localhost", the full hostname - still the same Problem. I also tried
commenting out hosts allow - no success.
