NT Backup: Unable to read security information

Howdy.  It would seem that, after upgrading to Samba 2.0, NT has begun
complaining of an inability to read "security information" from any of the
Samba volumes.  It would appear that NT is assuming the Samba volumes are
NTFS and trying to retrieve permissions for the files within them.  I tried
setting the 'fstype' to FAT; no change.  Has anyone else encountered this?

Note that NT still backs-up the files; it simply takes a bit longer and
generates a sizeable log file.
