Suggestion for BROWSING.txt

After fighting various browsing problems, I discovered the online doc:
  Browsing and Windows 95 Networking
at:
  http://www.microsoft.com/win32dev/netwrk/browser.htm

I would suggest a reference to this doc from BROWSING.txt, because it
answered a number of questions I had regarding how browsing works.

I also discovered the "nbtstat" utility, which was invaluable in
diagnosing my browsing problems.
