Samba 1.9.18 DOS to UNIX and back with ASCII

This is supposedly one of the selling points of VISION/FS, which is marketed
by SCO for their UNIX.  It's supposed to handle this translation when files
are accessed from both UNIX and DOS/Win.

I haven't actually had a chance to fool with it yet, so I don't know how
well it actually works.
