still timeouts on FreeBSD

Hi!

I have had problems with timeouts in samba since version 2.0.0. To fixes
has improven the stability, but it  is still not good. :(

Clients get timeouts, especially when using the MS Word preview
function, but with other actions as well, and only occasionly (one user
said "it happens every time!", but while I was watching it started
working again.

Our economy administration package goes wacko as well; I think it uses
database files and locks etc...

Some of below logs implies that op_locks might be the problem? Shall I
try using the --with-mmap instead?
