configure hang

Hi all samba-frends,

this day I want upgrate my samba-server (solaris 2.5) from 1.9.18p10 to 2.0.2.
I start the configure without any options and if it comes to checking for fcntl locking... 
it hangs without error-messages. In config.log are this the last lines:

configure:8394: checking for ftruncate needs root
configure:8407: gcc -o conftest -O   conftest.c -lsec -lsocket -lnsl  1>&5
configure: failed program was:

I have also test configure at a linux server (RedHat 5.2, Kernel 2.2.1). It
hangs at the same check.
Which it can be ?
