v2.0.1 LDAP and SSL broken - won't build

Hi all,

I have been trying to build a v2.0.1 Samba build with both LDAP and SSL
support.

If I try include LDAP support, the build fails complaining about:

Linking bin/smbd
passdb/passdb.o: In function `initialize_password_db':
passdb/passdb.o(.text+0xd): undefined reference to
`ldap_initialize_password_db'
make: *** [bin/smbd] Error 1

The missing function appears neither in the Samba source, nor in the
Netscape LDAP C SDK.

If I try build SSL support, the compile fails with a complaint about a
missing "ssl.h".

Has anyone else had these problems? I was hoping to experiment with the
LDAP backend to the PDC code, but it doesn't seem to work.

Regards,
Graham
