Samba 2.0 installation on Unisys SMP6400

Hello,

We have a server Unix Unisys SMP6400 connected with 60 PC Win95.
Samba 1.9.17 installed since Nov 97 is working fine.

System Configuration :

Manufactory : Unisys
Model       : SMP6400
Processor   : Pentium Pro  (2x)
OS          : System V
Release     : 4.0

Now I wish for install Samba 2.0.

I use "configure --host=i686-unknown-sysv40"
then, next  "make
then, next  "make install"


I obtain binary but they are no functionnal :

testparm produce this error

Load smb config files from /home/saverne/samba-2/lib/smb.conf
Segmentation Fault - core dumped



My smb.conf file is very simple :

[global]
   workgroup = Dept Info Med
   server string = Samba Server
   hosts allow = 172.2.
   load printers = no
   printing = sysv
   log file = /home/saverne/samba-2/log/%m
   max log size = 5000
   security = user

[homes]
   comment = Home Directories
   browseable = no
   writable = yes




I'll appreciate any help...
