RAM disk for certain files

After the first time or two that the files are accessed, they 
will be in the system cache of the server.

Make sure that all oplocks are set on, and fake oplocks are
also on (perhaps both are by default??).  This will help the
clients.

Remember too, that the access will only be as fast as the network
connection - maybe you need 100BaseT, or maybe their own segment
for these really demanding clients... look into a switch.
