Linux Home directories for NT

I have Samba up and running and I can configure using the SWAT program.
>From NT, I can see the test directories. The goal now is have access to
a few users directories and system directories, to the administrator account
on NT. How can I do it?

One of the users directories, does not list all the files in the directory.
Why is that? The login account is the same user and not root/administrator.
