Some files not displaying in browse list

I am having problems at displaying files when browsing a 2.0.6 installation
on a NT4 Workstation or Server.
The browser only displays / finds 245 objects at a total of 504Mb, although
there should be approx 2.5Gb of data.
This is not a problem on Windows 95 which displays all 2.5Gig of data files.
It's only on the data directory.  When a share is setup on the root file
system and you navigate you way the files don't show up there either.
