Long file names - NT and samba 2.04

[Samba man]

I am having problems opening files with long file names.  I have transfered 
some files from my P drive to a UNIX disk.  However, I can not open the 
files that I transferred if the file names are "too long".

and the samba share [parts] did not have mangled names = No in there.

Would adding it in this section solve the issue ! ???

I only access the files from NT 4.0 !

Could you please help ! !
