Samba and Win2k domain

I am having trouble with samba 2.0.6 authenticating Win2K users to a Win2K
domain. I am running samba 2.0.6 on solaris 2.6.

The samba server is a member of a WinNT domain which has trusts set up
with the Win2K domain.

I have security = domain and I can authenticate Win2K/Win9x users to a
WinNT domain no-problem but when a user tries to authenticate to the Win2K
domain I get the following in the log file:

  cli_net_sam_logon: Unknown NT error
[1999/12/06 09:54:18, 0] smbd/password.c:domain_client_validate(1365)
  domain_client_validate: unable to validate password for user saf6723 in
domain NW to Domain controller SSG-WWW-IIS01. Error was Unknown NT error.

Anybody have any information on samba servers in a win2k domain???
