What problems are you having? This is a tar file of an inst package.
Typically all you need to do is click on the file with your browser
and it will start the swmgr program. Alternately you can untar the
file into a clean directory and run either the command line inst
program or the GUI version as root.

command line
inst -f <directory where you untared>

GUI
swmgr -f <directory where you untared>
