Settings on user share

Hello,

Earlier I posted a message which apparently had to do with file permissions.
What I want to do is: create a share where all users can create, edit and
delete files and also have all rights to create and remove directories. How
do I need to set the force create and force directory options for this
share?

Is there a list where all possible settings for these parameters are
mentioned; I could not find them in John Blair's book nor on the website.
