4 Octet Scope ID Fails

Hello Samba People,

Our Intranet has an 4 Octet scope ID (192.0.0.0). When I run SMBD and NMBD 
and smbclient with -i 192.0.0.0 a sniffer trace shows this scope ID 
truncated. I have tried it with and without quotes. If I do another ID like 
doghead it is there in it's entirety appended to the end of the 16 byte 
NetBIOS name. 192.0.0.0 is appended but only 192.0. The other two octets 
are gone.

Any Ideas?
