Time server weirdness

I'm setting up samba to be PDC. So I thought I would start out small
and get the time server feature to work 8-)

So, on all the NT machines it works fine. But on the 95 machines it
*adds* seven hours to the time. The time zone file is good. RedHat 5.2

This is the command I'm using:
	net time \\chef /set /yes

The 95 machine is set to PDT as is the linux box. I don't have the CMOS
time set to GMT, but I don't think this has anything to do with the time
problem on the 95 box.

Any ideas?
