More detailed info on SWAT

Hi 

I would like to now where I can find more detailed information about
configuring SWAT on both Digital Unix and Linux. I have problems getting
root access on the Digital Unix machines from my webbrowser (SWAT).

Where do I find the information?
I recieve the listproc news, but how do I send questions to it?
