NT Domain Authentication with security=server

Need help!

What I am doing wrong?

I'm using Samba 1.9.18p8 on Digital UNIX 4.0d.
Settings in the smb.conf are:
workgroup = <NTDomainName>
security = server
password server = <NetbiosName>
encrypted password = yes

I can't connect to the share's with NTDomain Accounts. The logfiles
contains always "Server <NAME> password rejected"
