Changing "Shutdown" to "Log off" in Win95?

I just recently found a small executable called "Logoff" that does this.

I forget where I got it from though, but I can send it to you if 
interested. You just double click it and it immediately triggers a 
complete logout. I'm using it on NT, but I would presume it would also 
work on 95.
