IBM PCI Token-Ring crash

Does the following forwarded problem ring a bell with anyone?  We are running
Samba...p10 on Digital UNIX 4.0d.  When they try to map a certain share
through Samba the machine hangs and eventually gives them the blue screen of
death.  They have tried different drive letters to avail.
