I can't imagine why, but no matter... AFAIK, there is no way to do
that. If the Unix filenames really have upper case letters, then
they will show up that way to any 32-bit Windows apps. You can make
sure that all files *created* from the PC side have lower case names
by setting
preserve case = no
(which can be on a share-by-share basis), but that's it.
