I am a linux-newbie and (naturally) a samba wannabe.

Please send me the URL of a samba HOWTO-INSTALL.

 I downloaded 'samba.this.is.the.lastest.(tar/tgz/gz/?)
but don't recall the real name and don't know how to find it.

How do I find it?

 find / -iname what_is_the_name_of_what_I_am_looking_for-?

How do I install it ?

 cd /?

 tar -xzvvf /path/to/What_is_the_name_of_what_I_am_looking_for-?
