in your smb.conf add the line "include %U.conf"

edit a file and name it "<your user's name here>.conf"
add the line "debug level = <what you want>"

you can add how ever many users you would like.

BTW this is also on the Samba Web Pages in Section 3 Exporting files to SMB
Clients.
