What's this message?

Can anyone tell me what this message means?  I get it in my /var/log/messages
file a couple of times a day.  Everything is working just great, so this is 
strictly just curiosity.  I'm running 1.9.18p7 on Red Hat 4.2, kernel 2.0.33.
