SAMBA and quotas on FreeBSD

	Actually they work at a level ``below'' samba, so they
	will apply to all samba nfs, afs or whatever-fs users as well.

	What will not work well is the warning mechanism, which 
	sends text message to the ``logged-in user's tty'' to 
	tell them they are running low on quota.  As a result, they
	run out of space, but df reports there is space left...
	causing puzzlement.

	This was known to annoy NFS users in a previous life (:-))
