Samba & Net Neighbourhood Woes

I'm running 1.9.18p7 on a different subnet than my NT PDC.  Samba is
the MB on its subnet and the log indicates successful browse syncs
with the PDC.  After about 10hours, samba still doesn't show up in
Network Neighbourhood.

Can anyone suggest what the may be?

BTW, browsing worked fine when samba was on the same subnet as the 
PDC.
