Particular right of the share service

Hi,

My question is:

Is it possible to create a share that the user could see only files belonging it 
on this share? I explain. I would like that alone the proprietor could see and 
access its files even if the file is rw-r-----. I would not want to put files 
with the permission rw------- because the administrator of this share could have 
no longer visualize or print reports of the other users by our application under 
Unix.
