NT4.0 rename on Samba 1.9.18p2 share on SunOS 4.1.3

Jay,

	Upgrade to 1.9.18p3. There is a bug in the NT
redirector with respect to oplocks and renames. p2 had
a partial workaround, p3 has the full workaround (I 
held off doing it the way I eventually did it in p3 as
the workaround is *so* gross :-).
