Check out the WindowsNT 4.0 Server Resource kit. There is a utility called
WINSDMP.EXE which can dump the contents of a WINS database (local or
remote) to a CSV file. I've never tried it against a Samba WINS server, so
I don't know if it will help. FYI: The tool only runs on NT Server.
