What were the errors you got ? I have run NetBench
5.01 on a Solaris server with 60 clients and NetBench
completed successfully (reliably and with good results).

There are several 'tricks' in using NetBench that the
authors recommend than can make a great deal of difference
between success and failure. Are you doing a reinstall
between each run (believe it or not this is recommended).

What were the client OS's, what was the controler OS ?
(The best mix seems to be NT controler, Win95 clients).

Buying an operating system without source is like buying
a self-assembly Space Shuttle with no instructions.
