password for IPC$

Hello All,

Knowing that this might not be a completely related SAMBA question
(even though I have samba accepting domain logins)...

Why is it that when I try to browse from Win95 OSR2 to WinNT4.0SP3
that it asks for a password to IPC$?  I've made sure that I've share-
level shared the directories on the NT box (i.e. extended hand 
on the icon).

I can browse from NT back to 95, but not the other way around.

Any help is appreciated.
