Server unfriendly after name server

Please, help me!
I was using Samba very well on an AIX 4.1.5 until i decide to configure the machine to use a NT Server 4.0 (sp3) as a Name Server.
After start using the name server the Samba Server stoped responding and all that i get is the message: Your server software is being unfriendly. What is wrong??? What should i do? If i take off the use of a name server the samba works fine again. Does the samba server work with a name server? How?
