Wide-area browsing & getting the broadcast mask right ??

Hi,

I'm running 1.9.18p7 on a Solaris 2.5 box with two interfaces. I have 2
class-C networks that are divided up with a 26-bit netmask (255.255.255.192)
into 4 subnets, each.

This is what the interfaces look like:

le0: flags=863<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
        inet 38.253.161.130 netmask ffffffc0 broadcast 38.253.161.128
        ether 8:0:20:77:34:b3
le1: flags=863<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
        inet 38.253.161.220 netmask ffffffc0 broadcast 38.253.161.192
        ether 8:0:20:77:34:b3

However, in my 'log.smb' I get the following:

Added interface ip=38.253.161.130 bcast=38.253.161.191 nmask=255.255.255.192
Added interface ip=38.253.161.220 bcast=38.253.161.255 nmask=255.255.255.192

The broadcast masks are not correct, and must be affecting my WAN-browsing.

Is there a way to manually set the broadcast masks for each interface?

In my smb.conf file I have used the following (possibly) pertinent settings:

------------------------------------------
; Configure both interfaces
interfaces = 38.253.161.130/26 38.253.161.220/26

domain master = yes
local master = yes
preferred master = yes
os level = 65

remote announce = 38.253.161.0 38.253.161.64 38.253.161.128 38.253.161.192
38.253.162.0 38.253.162.64 38.253.162.128
38.253.162.192

------------------------------------------

Despite the 'remote announce', I don't see any of the machines from the
38.253.162.64 network in my Network Neighborhood.

Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated.

Cheers!
