NTDOM: Updated BRANCH_NTDOM to match 1.9.18p2

i have just patched BRANCH_NTDOM up to the 1.9.18p2 level from the main
samba source branch.  instructions are in http://samba.anu.edu.au/cvs.html
and use a cvs tag of BRANCH_NTDOM.
